Needle Detector:

Designed to detect broken needles left in all kinds of clothes, underclothing, home furnishing items, shoes, carpets, bathrugs and toys etc.
Compact, conveyor belt operated, environment-protecting and electric saving design
Counter on the control panel indicates certified, undertified and their gross
10 LED indicators on the bridge to indicate the exact position of metal object in the item being checked
Sensor controlled conveyor belt automatically begins to move when the operator stands in front and switches "off" it left unattended
In the event of broken needle or metal part being detected the machine automatically "beeps" and the conveyor returns the items being checked to the operator.
